WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Award recipients stand together during the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Luncheon, where the 80th Flying Training Wing was recognized as the Chamber Partner Organization of the Year for its support in addressing a critical issue affecting NATO military families. The wing, alongside Rep. James Frank and 80th FTW Key Spouses, helped advocate for House Bill 2757, allowing NATO families to enroll their children in Texas school grades that align with European academic calendars. The change prevents students from repeating a grade when returning home and ensures smoother transitions for families supporting the ENJJPT mission and other NATO communities across Texas.
