Sailors from Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Mid America participate in a Resiliency Day event hosted in conjunction with the American Red Cross on Nov. 13, 2024. The training focused on stress awareness, stress-management techniques, and resources available to support Sailor well-being.
