U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Phillip “CLEAN” Bourquin (left), 99th Flying Training Squadron director of operations, drinks a Coca-Cola after piloting the first T-7A Red Hawk aircraft to Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Dec. 5. 2025. Drinking a Coca-Cola is a 99th Flying Training Squadron tradition going back to when it was the famed Tuskegee Airmen’s 99th Pursuit Squadron. The T-7A is the Air Force’s newest training aircraft designed to train the next generation of pilots for the 5th and 6th generations fighters. The aircraft is assigned to the 99th Flying Training Squadron, a part of the 12th Flying Training Wing. (U.S. Air Force photo by Sean Worrell)
