During the first Continuous Operational Learning and Test (COLT) training exercise at Camp Beauregard, LA, Soldiers from Sioux Company (Multi-Purpose Company), 3rd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, employed the Soldier Borne Mission Command Surrogate (SBMC-S) system to conduct two area reconnaissance missions. Leveraging the SBMC-S system, Sioux Company identified targets and successfully tasked Medium-Range Reconnaissance (MRR) Uncrewed Aerial System (UAS) assets.
