U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Ian Pufall, an expeditionary fuel technician with 12th Littoral Logistics Battalion, 12th Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, fires an M4 Carbine during a combat marksmanship range at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 18, 2025. The combat marksmanship range prepared the 12th MLR Shooting Team to be tested in a variety of scenarios of marksmanship skills, proficiency, and weapons handling. Pufall is a native of Wisconsin.
