U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 2 Amado Benin II, the intelligence operations officer of Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, instructs a rapid response planning process class during a staff training exercise at Marine Base Camp Rodolfo, Philippines, Oct. 7, 2025.
