U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Kenneth Everette, a networking administrator assigned to Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia 2025, I Marine Expeditionary Force, has his new rank pinned by Sgt. Donovan Lott, a transmissions system operator assigned to MRF-SEA, I MEF, during a promotion ceremony in Manila, Philippines, Oct. 4, 2025. Everette is currently forward deployed with MRF-SEA. MRF-SEA is a flexible task force that varies in size, capability and composition to accomplish different types of missions as a purpose-built unit, maintaining a forward presence and enhancing Marine Corps crisis and contingency response capabilities.
