U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Kyle Holm, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with 12th Littoral Logistics Battalion, 12th Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, makes an improvised shape charge during a demolition range in Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 12, 2025. This range tested the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Marines' skills by challenging them to create effective breaching charges using only items they might have in their packs or find in the surrounding area.
