    A Saint Lucian Coast Guard Interceptor passes the stern of another Interceptor from Antigua and Barbuda near the Port of Castries in Saint Lucia. The boat crews were taking part in multiple boat pursuit drills during Tradewinds 2013. Tradewinds 2013 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
