MINATO, Japan - U.S. Navy sailors assigned to Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi salute the Prisoner Of War/Missing In Action (POW/MIA) table during the POW/MIA remembrance portion of the 250th Navy Ball on Oct. 9, 2025. NAF Atsugi held their Navy Ball at the New Sanno Hotel to celebrate the Navy’s 250th birthday. NAF Atsugi supports the combat readiness of Commander, Fleet Air Western Pacific, Commander, Carrier Air Wing FIVE (CVW) 5, Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 51 and 23 other tenant commands, and provides logistic support, coordination, and services to units assigned to the Western Pacific.
