Michael Allison, an infantryman with Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, wins a turkey for placing third during the 2025 Turkey Brawl at Fort Carson, Colorado, Nov. 25, 2025. The open-weight tournament brought together 28 Soldiers from units across the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson for a day of high-intensity bouts that showcased lethality, exemplified the Warrior Ethos, and strengthened esprit de corps, culminating in the top three competitors earning turkeys just in time for Thanksgiving.
