Rear Adm. Joaquin Martinez de Pinillos, reserve deputy commander of PACFLT, addresses Sailors at the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Pacific during MAKO SENTRY onboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Nov. 9.
