YOKOSUKA, Japan (November 21, 2025) – Capt. John Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) , along with CFAY Sailors and tenant commands participated in street cleaning activities with host nation partners as part of a community relations program on November 21, 2025. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
