Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) service members, PCG Nurse Corps, and U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific Civil-Military Support Element Philippines participate in a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Subject Matter Expert Exchange at Philippines Coast Guard Headquarters Manila, Philippines, Nov. 21, 2025. Regular exercises and engagements with our allies and partners are instrumental in cultivating civil-military cooperation, TCCC consists of care under fire, tactical field care and tactical evacuation which aims to ensure combat troops receive proper care in a tactical environment emergency, increasing emergency preparedness and enhancing partner response capabilities.
