36th Wing leadership presents Tech. Sgt. Tyre Bell, center, the combat plans and programs supervisor for the 36th Munitions Squadron, with a Stripes for Exceptional Performers promotion on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Nov. 24, 2025. Bell was selected to be promoted to the rank of E-6 'Technical Sergeant' for his outstanding performance in his duties. The STEP program is reserved for the most exceptional Airmen across the Air Force and allows commanders to immediately promote Airmen who have gone above and beyond to contribute to the mission and their teams.
