Niedermeyer, a crew member aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Sycamore (WLB 209), replaces the light on a buoy off the coast of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Nov. 6, 2025. The Sycamore crew replaced buoy lights to ensure the aids to navigation remained visible and functional in the wake of Hurricane Melissa.
