A U.S. Airman assigned to the 355th Component Maintenance Squadron fuels shop pulls a simulated casualty from the fuel tank of an HC-130J Combat King II aircraft during training at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, Nov. 20, 2025. After removing the simulated casualty from the tank, the Airman and his wingman carried the casualty down from the top of the aircraft to receive first aid.
