Beverly Robinson, a contractor for the U.S. Department of Labor, talks to soldiers who have recently returned home from deployment about how to build a successful résumé during a Veterans Opportunity to Work act seminar nicknamed, “VOW,” workshop in the Gerald A. Rudisill Army National Guard Readiness Center here, May 16, 2013. The VOW workshops were created to help Soldiers transition from post-deployment military service into the civilian workforce after their deployment.
