Brown Jr. before his change of responsibility ceremony, Nov. 21, 2025, at Camp Zama. Command Sgt. Luis A. Reyes assumed responsibility of 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade from Command Sgt. John S. Brown Jr. Command Sgt. Maj. Brown was in responsibility of the brigade for the past two and a half years since 2023. Command Sgt.
