Andrew Frey, 2d Weather Group commander, on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, November 14, 2025, at a ceremony held in the weather wing auditorium. The symbolic gesture signaled the inactivation of the 2d SYOS and Bresser relinquishing command of the unit.
