U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Brody Farris, a rifleman with 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, forward deployed under 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, and Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force service members with 15th Brigade compete in a simulated casualty evacuation competition during a bilateral field day on Camp Naha, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 3, 2025. These events are aimed to strengthen interoperability, camaraderie, and mutual understanding between U.S. Marines and our JGSDF counterparts through a series of team-building activities and competitive events.
