FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (November 18, 2025) -- Capt. Jonathan Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), opens the floor to questions at the CFAY Town Hall in the Community Readiness Center November 18, 2025. The quarterly town hall provides base community members an opportunity to bring questions, topics of concern, or suggestions directly to installation leadership.
