Travis Brinkman during a visit to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility on Sept. 22, 2025. Grisafe toured PHNSY & IMF to discuss ongoing energy initiatives and explore ways to improve installation resiliency efficiency. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight” by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
