Jeremy Winters, the deputy commanding general of Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), welds a bracket onto the southern border barrier during a tour of the southern border in Yuma, Ariz., Nov. 6, 2025. Winters visited the Yuma Sector of the southern border to engage with Marines and Sailors ahead of the Marine Corps’ 250th birthday.
