On Oct. 3, Colonel William Ottati was promoted to Brigadier General during a ceremony presided over by retired Air Force Gen. Duke Z. Richardson.
Ottati serves as Program Executive Officer for the Presidential and Executive Airpower Directorate. AFLCMC Commander Lt. Gen. Donna Shipton and other Center leaders attended the event, where Ottati’s family pinned his new stars.
