251014-N-ML137-1043 DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Oct. 14, 2025) U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the “Night Stalkers” of U.S. Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment hosted a morale flight for service members stationed in Diego Garcia aboard their MH-47G Chinook helicopters, Oct. 14, 2025. U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia’s mission is to provide critical support to U.S. and allied forces forward deployed to the Indian Ocean, while supporting multi-theater forces operating in the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUCOM and PACOM areas of responsibilities in support of overseas contingency operations.
