The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District's Crisis Action Team (CAT) deployed personnel, and they collaborated with Brevard County to identify wetlands that would help mitigate active flooding in residential areas. Brevard County received over 16 inches of rain in a 24 hours .
