Sgt. 1st Class Michael Neff and Spc. Zachary Elliott, soldiers with the West Virginia National Guard’s 1-201st Field Artillery Regiment, receive five pallets of shelf-stable milk donated by Mountain Top Beverage from their headquarters in Morgantown, West Virginia, October 31, 2025. According to Bob Milvet, Head of Finance, IT and Government Relations for Mountain Top Beverage, the shipment contains 16,000 individual 8 oz. cartons of both 1% lactose-free chocolate and 1% lactose-free white milk. The supplies will be distributed among various food banks and local pantries around the Mountain State as part of the Guard’s ongoing Operation Feeding Families.
