A U.S. Army Green Beret assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), instructs South Dakota National Guardsmen on basic anatomy during a tactical combat casualty care class on Camp Rapid, South Dakota, Sept. 14, 2025. The Guardsmen were taught the fundamentals of tactical combat casualty care, such as treating massive hemorrhage, airway, respiration, circulation and hypothermia.
