KATTERBACH, Germany - U.S. Army soldiers prepare to present the new company guidons to the forces of the 2nd Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment (Attack). The guidons of the 2-159th Attack Battalion represent the strength and determination of the servicemembers within the unit. As the 1st Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment (Attack) renames to the 2-159th Attack Battalion, the unit guidons represent an important element of the unit's history and continued determination. Just as the guidons represent strength, power, and determination, the soldiers of the 2-159th Attack Battalion stand ready to deter any hostile actions within the European theater.
