Markus Sund with 1-506th, 1st Mobile Brigade Combat Team "Bastogne," 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) dons goggles for a first person view while flying the Attritable Battlefield Enabler (ABE) 1.01 at the Rakkasan drone playground on Fort Campbell, KY on October 6, 2025. The ABE 101 is a new drone developed by Soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) made of U.S. manufactured parts and designed to be able to deliver a lethal payload.
