A U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet assigned to the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is refueled over the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, April 6, 2025. The group is responsible for patrolling approximately 2.5 million square miles of ocean and includes the Arabian Gulf, Gulf of Oman, Red Sea, parts of the Indian Ocean and three critical choke points at the Strait of Hormuz, Suez Canal and Strait of Bab al-Mandeb.
