Military Police forces from U.S. and Canada train together to build detainee holding areas

U.S. Army Soldiers from 102nd Military Police Company, 153rd Troop Command Brigade, 53rd Troop Command, and the Canadian Forces Military Police construct a detainee holding area during a joint training exercise in Ādaži, Latvia, on Sept. 29, 2025. The 102nd Military Police Company partnered with the Canadian Forces Military Police to establish a detainee holding area, and learn together the best practices. Joint training opportunities like this enhance their collective readiness and capabilities while fostering a stronger NATO Allied partnership. (U.S. Army photo by Pfc. Gabriel Martinez)
