The Minnesota National Guard and Croatian Armed Forces have been partners through the National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program for 29 years, exchanging Soldiers for competitions, joint training, and cooperative exercises since 1996 (Minnesota National Guard Photo by Staff Sgt.
