YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 23, 2025) –Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Evan Talcott, assigned to U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Yokosuka, transfers a simulated casualty from an U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Unit (USNMRTU) Atsugi ambulance during a mass casualty drill.
