Fire Controlman (Aegis) 3rd Class Cesar Iramategui Albarran mans the rails on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mahan (DDG 72) as the ship arrives in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, Sept. 27, 2025.
