From left, U.S. Space Force Lt. Col. Stefan Katz, 76th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron commander, Robert Oue, 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron, Specialist Roberts, 76th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron analyst, and Lt. Col. Aaron Echols, 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron commander, conduct the ribbon cutting for the Space Intelligence Production Cell, Springfield-Beckley Air National Guard Base, Ohio, Sept. 26, 2025. The Space Intelligence Production Cell is a combination of the 76th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron, which exploits and fuses intelligence data from all available sources, including space-based sensors, ground-based radars and cyber intelligence, and the 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron, which leverages its expertise in single-source space data exploitation to provide in-depth analysis of technical intelligence, supporting intelligence, space operations, and analysis to achieve national security objectives, thereby connecting space intelligence experts to create two-way symbiotic relationships where both units learn best practices and rapidly generate intelligence to the operational speed and scale needed in a high-end conflict.
