U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Payne, assigned to 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, ground guides an M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tank heading to Camp Tapa, Estonia, Sep. 27, 2025.
