Army officials from the Program Executive Office for Aviation commemorate the first flight of the OH-58F Kiowa Warrior during a ceremony April 30 on Redstone Arsenal, Ala. Also known as the Cockpit and Sensor Upgrade Program, the F model Kiowa is the first designation change since 1990 and updates 1980's equipment with today's modern technology.
