Matthew Sweeney, an infantry officer with 12th Littoral Combat Team, 12th Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, observes Marines during Resolute Dragon 25 at Hijudai Maneuver Area, Oita, Japan, Sept. 20, 2025.
