Approximately 200 U.S. Navy destroyers veterans visited as a part of the Tin Can Sailors 2025 National Reunion in Norfolk, Virginia. The National Association of Destroyer Veterans, known as the Tin Can Sailors, was founded in 1976 to preserve destroyer history, honor those who served aboard, and support today’s Navy.
