Don Schulze, AGOISSI Toastmasters command liaison, delivers his Toastmasters speech on overcoming adversity by having a positive outlook during the “Finding the Leader Within,” program at the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Operations Center Auditorium Sept. 2. The program, co-sponsored by the Leadership Development Council and AGOISSI Toastmasters also included a presentation by AGOISSI Toastmasters President Betty Robbins and featured former NFL football player and motivational speaker Shawn T. Harper, who spoke on cultivating a winning mindset. Schulze is deputy director of Land Supplier Operations and Robbins works as a material planner at DLA Land and Maritime.
