Romanian Marines of 307th Naval Infantry Regiment (NIR) are recognized for being the fastest squad to complete the squad competition during Heracleea 25 in Babadag, Romania, Sept 25, 2025. Heracleea is an annual capstone training exercise in which U.S. Marines assist the 307th NIR in developing systematic, long-term training plans including infantry skills, tactical combat casualty care, land navigation, and radio skills with the goal of executing a modified Marine Corps readiness evaluation and fulfillment of the 307th NIR’s mission capabilities.
