Andrew Jenkins, squadron commander of the 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, during the transfer of authority (TOA) between the 5-7 CAV and the 6-9 CAV Sept. 23, 2025, on Camp Reedo, Estonia.
