YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 19, 2025) — Capt. Les Sobol, Left, and Capt. Jon Hopkins pose for a photo after exchanging commands as Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) during the change of command ceremony at CFAY headquarters. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
