The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center hosted a Senior Materiel Leader Summit at University of Dayton's Curran Place Conference Center in Dayton, Ohio, Sept. 16-17, 2025. The theme of the summit was "Leading Through Change."
Dr. Heather Wilson, former Secretary of the Air Force and current University of Texas at El Paso president, was the keynote speaker and spoke to attendees about leadership at the helm.
The summit featured panels, Q&A sessions and motivational speeches. Panel topics included Emerging Technologies, Senior Enlisted Leaders, Talent Management and Civilian Leadership Perspectives, among others.
