KITTERY, Maine (Sept. 16, 2025)- Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) congratulates its Fiscal Year 2026 Chief Petty Officer (CPO) selectees. Following six weeks of intensive training and mentorship from the PNSY CPO Mess, the Sailors were formally pinned during a ceremony at the shipyard auditorium. The pinning marks their advancement in rank, title, and responsibility as the command's newest chiefs. Their dedication, hard work, and leadership exemplify the proud traditions of the Navy.
