Oxnard Leadership is a 10-month, 10-session experiential program that connects participants with key decision-makers and experts on vital issues shaping the future of the city of Oxnard, which is adjacent to Port Hueneme, and the surrounding region. Participants include representatives from nonprofit organizations, banking institutions, technology companies, local businesses, higher education and more. Susanka and the other participants are slated to graduate from the program in late October.
