Ryan McCrillis host the International Shipyard Management Course students at his home on Aug. 20, 2025. ISMC equips international military students with critical shipyard leadership and technical skills, directly enhancing partner nation capabilities in maritime sustainment. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight” by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
