EAST CHINA SEA (Sept. 15, 2025) — Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Sebastian Arbelaez, assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) coordinates lowering the rigid-hull inflatable boat during a man overboard retrieval drill while underway in the East China Sea, Sept. 15, 2025. The Blue Ridge and embarked U.S. 7th Fleet staff conduct regular Indo-Pacific patrols to deter aggression, strengthen alliances and partnerships, and advance future warfighting capabilities.
